Our Strategy

Central Montessori School was looking for a redesign of their very simplistic site that they first created when opening up the school 5 years prior. In the redesign, we included new images from a local photographer that we work with to create a more “personal” view of the school. All images used on the site were shot on location of the school and the students and teachers there. We also created for them a protected parent area where more sensitive school information could easily be posted in a blog style format. Parents are able to access newsletters,galleries, calendars of special meetings and school related events, and see articles about what their children are learning. Staff has a separate protected area of the site to be able to post minutes from meetings for reference, articles to keep teachers up to date on the recent Montessori trends, and information that previously would have been printed and put in mailboxes. Not only does this give much more instant access to information for parents and teachers, it has saved the school TONS of money in printing and administrative costs. We also created a custom solution for an onsite server, a 10 machine computer lab and all new computers for their administrative staff that are networked together to create a much more efficient working environment..

Step Towards Success

Our Strategy

Tim Drake, the owner of Drake's Lawn Care, needed an online presence to present his business to his current and potential customers. We worked with Tim to create a design that shows what services he offers and information about his company. We created a Facebook page, Linked-In, and Twitter page for his business to take him to the next level. He also now has the ability to offer specials and coupons for customers via his website and other social media sources.

Our Strategy

Heidi Rugg of Barefoot Puppets based in Richmond, Va. was looking to combine her very frequently used blog with her very infrequently updated website so that each were more manageable and held in one place. She actually kept two separate blogs beyond her website that related to her business of puppetry. She was very specific in needing to keep a similar look and feel for the new site to still go along with all of her current branding and print marketing materials. We were able to give her site a new look while staying within her branding designs and combine both of her blog sites into one easy to use and update WordPress based site.
